No later than 1 month prior to the wedding and before 18 months. This is a legal requirement in Victoria. It’s advisable to secure your date as soon as possible, especially for the popular wedding seasons.

Day of the Wedding
Do you attend the wedding rehearsal?
Yes, I highly recommend a rehearsal to ensure everyone is comfortable with the ceremony flow and timing.
What happens if there are unexpected changes on the wedding day?
I’m experienced in handling unforeseen circumstances. We’ll work together to adapt and ensure a seamless ceremony.
How early do you arrive on the wedding day?
I typically arrive between 30 minutes to 1 hour in advance to the ceremony. This fulfils the legal requirement of arriving 30 minutes prior.
Can you assist with coordinating the ceremony procession?
Absolutely. I’ll work closely with your coordinator or family members to ensure everyone knows their roles and the ceremony flows smoothly.
What happens if you are unable to officiate on the day?
In the rare event that I’m unable to attend, I have a network of trusted colleagues who can step in to ensure your ceremony proceeds flawlessly.
After the Wedding
How do we obtain our marriage certificate?
After your marriage has been solemnised, I will order your Official Marriage Certificate when I submit the official paperwork to the Department of Births, Deaths & Marriages (BDM) in Victoria. Payment is included in your chosen package.
Can you provide a keepsake of our ceremony?
I can provide a beautifully written script of your ceremony as a keepsake, capturing the special moments and words shared.

Are you available for vow renewals or other ceremonies after the wedding?
